The benefits we get from eating dark chocolate are the increase in the blood flow to the brain and heart, it lowers our blood pressure, it contains Antidepressant agents, It helps to control the blood sugar level, it reduces stress, it improves our mood, lowers the cholesterol level, protects our skin and slows the aging process, reduces fever and it prevents strokes as well as improves our eyesight.
